Novo is the brand new home carephone from NEAT. A complete new concept that will bring telecare a step further. With Novo the connectivity, the sense of comfort and security have been brought together with a great modern design to fit in every housing environment.

When the button on the SMILE transmitter is pressed or is automatically activated in the event of a fall, it contacts the emergency call center and establishes a voice connection. A built-in speaker and an integrated microphone make sure every word is clear.
